A new installation was required for the HVAC system. We installed a new 3.5-ton York air conditioning system, including a condenser with a pad and a cased coil with TXV. The existing line set was flushed and reused, ensuring optimal performance. This project came with a ten-year manufacturer warranty and a two-year labor warranty on all connections.

A malfunctioning air conditioning unit prompted us to conduct a service call. We performed troubleshooting, calibration, and minor repairs, including a thorough leak check. Following our visit, we provided an estimate for necessary repairs or replacement options. The inspection ensured that the cooling system in Eden Prairie was evaluated efficiently and effectively.

A broken air conditioning system prompted us to conduct a thorough service call in Eden Prairie. We troubleshot the thermal expansion valve to identify the issue, ensuring that the AC unit is functioning properly. An estimate for the replacement of the thermal expansion valve and potential AC replacement will be provided separately.

A noise issue originating from the inducer motor was identified during our visit in Eden Prairie. We assessed the HVAC system, confirming CO levels were safe and that the flame sensor and capacitor were functioning within specifications. The system operated properly aside from the noise. A separate estimate for the inducer motor replacement will be sent.

A broken furnace led us to the homeowner's residence in Eden Prairie. We performed a service call that included diagnosing the issue and discovered the need for a new carbide igniter. After completing the necessary repair, we ensured the furnace was operating correctly, ready to provide warmth and comfort.

The homeowner requested a furnace check-up to ensure the system's efficiency and safety. We assessed the unit, cleaned components, and verified that the igniter and motor amps were functioning well. We noticed multiple vents were closed, which caused the primary limit to trip, leading us to address that concern. The gas output and CO levels were within safe limits, ensuring proper operation.

A furnace check-up was conducted to ensure optimal performance in Eden Prairie. We assessed the unit's igniter, capacitor, gas output, and CO levels, all of which were found to be in good condition. The condensate drain was cleared and tested, and the motor amps were within acceptable limits. The furnace operated effectively, heating the space efficiently.

A non-functioning air conditioning unit prompted our response in Eden Prairie. We replaced the capacitor in the AC condensing unit, ensuring the motor and compressor starter were fully operational. A thorough run test was conducted to confirm the system's performance and efficiency. The job was completed successfully, restoring comfort to the home.

A malfunctioning air conditioning unit led us to Eden Prairie, where we conducted a comprehensive service call. We identified the need to replace the PSC blower motor, ensuring a thorough cleaning of the blower wheel. Following this, we performed a carbon monoxide test and measured the temperature rise to guarantee optimal functionality.

An AC estimate was provided to the homeowner in Eden Prairie to assess their cooling system needs. We conducted a thorough evaluation to determine the best options for their air conditioning requirements. Derek took the lead on this project, ensuring that all aspects of the estimate were covered. This allows the homeowner to make informed decisions about their HVAC solutions.

A malfunctioning air conditioning unit prompted us to respond to the service call. We discovered a burnt-out high voltage compressor wire which was promptly repaired, restoring function to the compressor. After testing, we confirmed that the system was running as expected with a 20-degree temperature drop. It’s important for the homeowner to consider replacing this older unit with R-22 refrigerant ahead of future repairs.

A malfunctioning water heater prompted us to replace it with a new Pro Series Rheem 75-gallon power vent model. This installation included a complete venting setup with 5 feet of PVC venting and fittings. We ensured the old tank was properly hauled away, providing peace of mind with a manufacturer tank warranty and a workmanship warranty for the installation.
