Terms & Conditions
Maintenance 2X Per Year
Heating and cooling check-ups, valued at $120/per visit, are included at no additional charge. We will send an email/text before each check-up season is opened, but it is the customer's responsibility to book this appointment on this website or call to schedule. If 6 months of payments ($120) have not been made before the first check-up visit, the remaining difference will be collected after that check-up is completed. Any discounts earned will be charged back for cancellation, non-payment or non-renewal due during the (6) month term.
Service Limitations
Service program covers repairs on the heating and air conditioner systems only. The manufacturer will warranty the parts under their terms. Product must be in operating condition at time of enrollment. Jedi Home Services, Ltd is not responsible for repairs related to inadequacy, lack of capacity, improper installation, mismatched systems, over or undersized systems, previous repair or design, manufacturers defect or modification. Jedi Home Services, Ltd is not liable for consequential, incidental, indirect, secondary or punitive damages. Members expressly waive the right to claim such damages.
Cancellation Policy
Jedi Home Services, Ltd reserves the right to cancel any Comfort Club Membership. If a membership is canceled, refunds will not be provided for any unused portion. Jedi Home Services, Ltd reserves the right to adjust or amend the terms and conditions at its discretion, anytime.
