Job in Eden Prairie
A leaking drain line was identified, which posed a risk to the basement wall. We addressed this by removing all wet sheetrock and insulation. The 1.5" ABS drain line was cut and replaced with a 9-foot section of PVC, complete with new transition bands and a 2" cleanout for future maintenance.
Job in Eden Prairie
A malfunctioning air conditioning unit was in need of attention. We performed a thorough troubleshooting and calibration process on the 19-year-old system. We discovered a plugged air filter, closed supply vents, and a dirty outdoor unit impacting the cooling efficiency. By adjusting airflow at the indoor coil and fixing speed settings, we achieved a significant temperature drop. This solution will help the system function better through the summer, while a full replacement is recommended in due time.
